You will have an opportunity to immerse yourself in the largest public collection of magic artifacts on display anywhere in the United States and discover what inventor, author, and magic historian, Jim Steinmeyer, called "The Smithsonian of American Magic".

Established in 1978 by Detroit-area journalist Robert Lund to house his private collection of magic artifacts and archives, it grew to become the world's largest collection of American magic artifacts including apparatus, illusions, 3000 posters, magic sets, handbills, window cards, scrapbooks, letters, diaries, memorabilia, photographs, costumes, more than 5000 programs, more than 12,000 books on conjuring, and a total of more than 350,000 pieces of ephemera.
